Refund Policy

At Markaible, we offer a pay-as-you-go model where users can purchase credits to utilize our AI caller services. Please carefully review our refund policy below before purchasing credits.

1. Non-Refundable Credits
   All purchases of credits for Markaible’s AI calling services are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be returned, transferred, or refunded, whether partially or fully, regardless of usage.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Model
   Users can recharge their accounts with credits and use them at their convenience. Markaible does not offer refunds for unused credits. Credits will remain in your account until they are used or expire, if applicable.

3. Enterprise Customers
   For enterprise customers requiring customized plans or large-scale usage, we are open to discussing tailored solutions. In such cases, alternative arrangements, including refunds or credit adjustments, may be considered based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions in your enterprise contract.

4. Billing Discrepancies
   If you believe there has been a billing error or discrepancy, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at dev@markaible.com. We will investigate the issue, and if a valid error is found, we may issue an adjustment at our discretion.

5. Changes to Refund Policy
   Markaible reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
